Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective date:

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-day Rule)

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

By starting the service immediately after purchase (including during a trial period), the customer expressly agrees that the digital content is delivered right away. In this case, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal applies only to the unused portion of the service.

If the customer exercises the withdrawal right within the 14-day period, we will issue a partial refund, reduced proportionally to the number of days during which the service was already accessible.

Digital services already fully delivered are not eligible for a withdrawal-based refund.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Requests (Outside the 14-day Withdrawal Rule)

For refund requests not related to the statutory withdrawal right, each case is reviewed individually. Factors considered:

If a refund is approved, access to the service will be terminated immediately.

Refunds are generally limited to the most recent payment, unless required otherwise under applicable law.

4. Billing Issues

If you experience any billing-related issue, contact us directly before reaching out to your bank or card issuer.

We aim to resolve all billing concerns promptly and fairly.

5. Delivery of Service

The service consists exclusively of digital content delivered online.

Access is provided immediately upon completing the purchase or activating a trial.

No physical goods are shipped.
